How does Tadacip work?
This medication inhibits a naturally ocurring process and causes the muscles of the penis to relax.
This allows more blood to flow into the penis to achieve and maintain an erection when combined with sexual stimulation.

Tadacip comes under a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase-type-5 (PDE5) inhibitors.
By inhibiting the PDE5 process, the concentration of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) is increased and the effect of nitric oxide at the nerve ending and endothlial cells in the corpus cavernosum of the penis is enhanced.
This results in relaxation of pulmonary vascular smooth muscle cells and vasodilation leading to an erection following sexual stimulation.

The active compound within Tadacip is Tadalafil.
Tadalafil was approved for use within the USA by the FDA in November 2003.
Other countries have also tested and approved its use in treating Erectile Dysfunction.

You should take the tablet with a drink of water approximately 30 minutes to an hours before engaging in sexual activity.
You will need to be sexually stimulated to achieve an erection.
You can take the medicaiton with or without food but you should avoid alcohol when using the medication.
The medication can remain effective for 6-24 hours although the effectiveness will taper off after 2-4 hours when maximum absorption of the medication occurs.
If taken for a continuous period (several continuous days) then the dosage should be reduced accordingly due to the cumulative effect of the medication.
The medication should be stored at room temperature away from heat and moisture.
