How soon will my order arrive?

We check all orders and usually dispatch within 48 hours. Delivery usually takes another 3 days. Most customers receive their packages within 5 days. Things like Christmas, national holidays and industrial action can lead to delays. If you have not received your package within 14 days, please contact customer services for assistance.
